I started 2% Realty Advantage because it is time for a change.
I was first licensed as a Realtor in 1987. Here in Vancouver I have witnessed a tremendous increase in the value of properties. With this of course has brought an equally dazzling increase in commissions.
I believe it is time to do something about that. Myself and any Realtors under the 2% Advantage brand are commited to providing the same high quality, full list of Real Estate services we have always provided, but now for a simple 2% commission rate.
